       Further Covenanted and agreed by and
       Between the said James Bowles his
       heires and assis and y.e s.d Kenelm Cheseldyne
       his and assis that whereas one Certain
       James Hay of the s.d County afd stands
       indebted unto him the said James Bowles
       the Just of ninety & nine pound ster that
       y.e s.d James Bowles shall be at his Election
       after y.e terme of two yeares from y.e Date
       hereof to accept possess and Enjoy the above
       p.rmises to him & his heires forever according
       to y.e above sale or to prossecute in Law
       the s.d James Hay for y.e s.d sume of Ninety
       and nine pounds ster and y.e above sale of the
       p.rmisses to be nul and voyd ag.t him y.e said
       Kenelm Cheseldyne and his heires forever
       In Wittness whereof
                                           Kenelm Cheseldyne  (se)
       Ralph Foster
       G Muschamp
       Ric.d Hopwell
       Charles King
       On the Back of the aforegoeing Deed was
       thus Indorsed as followes Viz.t

                         March Court 1706
       Then Was the within Deed acknowledged
       by Ken Chiseldyne Esq to the within
       James Bowles in open Court of S.t Ma^r^yes
