1054 From the End of the North West line North east Foure hundred Perches and with a line Drawn From the end of the north east line south west untill it enter sect a Parralell drawn north East From the said marked oake Cont.a Five hundred acres more or less with all its appurtenances & pattent thereto belonging to have & to hold to him the said James Bowles his heires & assis forever the said two tracts of Land with there appurtenances (the Rents now due and hereafter to become due to y.e Lord proprietary of y.e said province only Excepted and reserved to be payd by the said James Bowles) and the said Kenelm Cheseldyne Doth hereby for himselfe his heires and assis Covenant to and with the said James Bowles his heires and assis forever that he y.e s.d James Bowles his heir's and assis shall hold posses and Enjoy the above said tracts of Land and Bargain'd p.rmisses to the use and Behofe of him y.e said James and his heires forever without any trouble eviction or Molestacon of him the said Kenelm his heires or assis forever or any other pson clameing by for or under him or them and it's (further) |
