(105) hereafter for the Speace o seven yeares next Insuing every such further and lawfull act and acts thing and things devise and devisses asurance and asurancess in the Law whatsoever as by the said Thomas Bale his heires Exo.rs admo.rs and assignes or thar Councill Larned in the Law Shall be reasonable devised or required for the better assuring suer making and Convaying and for the Cleare and absolute haveing of the said tract of Land and pmisses In Witness whereof the said james murray hath hereunto sett his hand and seale the day and yeare first above written Signed Sealed & Delivered In the presents of us Cadwareder C I Joanes James Murray (s) Thomas odell On the Back of the foregoeing Deed was thus Indorsed Memorand that the w.thin written deed was acknowlidged to be the Right titell and Intrest and proper Estate of the w.thin named Thomas Beale and to be and remaine to him his heires and assignes for ever it being acknowledged before us by the said James Murray this Sixteenth day of aprill one thousand seaven hundred and itt your will and desire that the said |
