(104) Molistation or Deniall or Interuption of the sd James Murray his heires Exo.rs admo.rs or assignes or any other pson or whatsoever or homesoever And shall and may heenceforth for ever bee Stand abide Continue & remaine unto the said Tho Beale his heires Exo.rs admo.rs and assignes free and Cleer freely & Cleerely discharged or otherwayes by the said James Murray his heires Exo.rs admo.rs & assignes defended saved and keept harmeles of and from all & every Gift or Gifts Grant Bargaines sales leasses will Conditions Statuets Condemnations Executions fees Joyntuers amersm.t Rents ariariages of Rents and all other Incumberances whatsoever wither y.e the same be by the said Land running into any other Survayes or any other defect wan of meassuer or trouble whatsoever and hee the Said James Murray for himselfe his heires Exo.rs Admo.rs and assignes douth further promiss Covenant and agree to & w.th the sd Tho Bale his heires Exo.rs admo.rs and assignes and every of them by these presents that hee the said James murray his heires Exo.rs admo.rs and assignes & all other and every pson or psons and thaiere heires haveing lawfull Claime or ptending to have or that may heereafter have or Lawfully Claime or ptend to have any Estate titell or Intrest or other Thing of in or to the said tract of Land and pmissis before mentioned to be Bargained and Sold or any p.t or pcell thereof Shall and will forever defend the before mentioned pmisses and will uppon every other resonable request further doe acknowlidge suffer to be done acknowlidged and suffered to be made done and executed from time to time |
