       Within written deed and this our testemony
       may be Recorded in the Booke of Record in
       Baltimore County where the said Land lieth
       or in the Provinciall Court of this province of
       Maryland

       The Came before us Jumina Murray the wife
       of the w.thin named James murray and acknowlidged
       (that w.thoutt the threats or secrett pswation
       of her husband) shee gave her free Consentt
       to the w.thin mentioned bargained land and pmiss
       and every part and pcell thereof that it should
       remaine and be unto the w.thin named Tho Bale
       his heires and assignes forever
