1046 aliened Bargained sold Enfeoffed and Confirm'd and by these p.rsents doe fully Clarly and absolutely Give grant alien Bargaine sell Enfeoffe and Confirme unto y.e said Abraham Johns his heirs and assis forever all y.t tract or pcell of Land called Black oak thickett Lying in Charles County (the said Tract of Land being first Laid out and surveyed for said Kidd & the Right thereof by s.d Kidd transferred and made over to Major Josiah Wilson to whome & in whose Name the said Land is pattented and by said Wilson y.e s.d Title reinvested to said Kidd by Instrum.t from under his hand and seale beareing date y.e second day of september anno 1706 as by the said recited deed more at Large it Doth and may appeare Begining at a bounded Red oak sapline standing in a fork of Fradshams Creek Runing thence south two hundred p.s thence West two hundred p.s then north two hundred per thence with a streight Line to y.e first tree Cont.a and Laid our for two hundred and fifty a of Land by y.e same more or Less together with all messages tenem.ts or dwelling houses yards barns stables out houses backsides Gardens orchards w.th thappurtinances togather w.th all Rights Proffitts & benifitts to y.e same belonging or in any wise appertaining and all timber and timber trees ways passages woods underwoods fences rents Easm.ts Commoditys heriditram.ts & appurtinances w.tsoever to the said tract or psell of Land Messages Tenem.ts or dwelling houses belonging or in any wise appertaining or accepted reputed taken demised used ^ocupyed^ or Injoy'd (as) |
