       forever hereafter at the reasonable request & at
       the pper Costs and Charges in the Law of him
       the s.d Joshua Cecell his heirs & assignes make
       do acknowledge Execute and suffer or cause to
       be made done acknowledged Executed and suffered
       all & Every such further and other reasonable
       act & acts thing & things device and devices assurance
       & assureances Requisite in Law for the further
       better & more pfect assureing Conveying settleing
       & makeing over the afd seven hund.d acres of Land
       & p.rmisses w.th appurts to the said Joshua Cecell his
       heirs & assignes forever  Be it by fine or fines
       deed or deeds Indented and Enrowled the Enrowlm.t
       of this p.rsent feoffem.t or by any other Lawfull
       ways or means whatsoever as by the said Joshua
       Cecell his heirs or assignes or his or their Councill
       Learned in the Law of shall Be said shall be
       Reasonably advised or Required In Wittness
       Whereof the parties first above named to these
       present Indentures their hands and seals Interchangably
       have sett & putt even y.e day & year
       first above written Annoq Dni 1706/7
