          Times hereafter when thereunto required
       do make acknowledge suffer & Execute or
       Cause to be made done suffered acknowledged
       and Executed all and Every
       farther act & Acts thing & things
       Assurances & Conveyances whatsoever
       as by the said Amos Garrett his heirs
       or Assign's or his or their Councill
       Learned in the Law shall be from
       Time to Time Reasonably Devised
       or advised for the ^farther &^ Better assurance
       surety & sure makeing over of
       all and singular the p.rmisses
       hereby Bargained or sold or hereby
       Intended to be bargained or sold and
       lastly the said Neal Clearke and
       Jane his Wife for themselves and
       their heires doth hereby covenant
       promise Grant and agree to and with
       y.e said Amos Garrett his heires and
       assis y.t they y.e s.d Neal Clark & Jane
       his wife for himselfe & either of them
       & their heires y.e Land and p.rmises so as
       afd bargained or sold unto y.e s.d Amos
       Garrett his heires and assis shall
       forever hereafter warrant & defend
       of & from all manner of defects
