       Amos Garrett his heirs and Assign's that they
       the said Neal Clark & Jane his wife shall
       at all times from hence forth & from time to
       time acquit & Discharge or otherwise save
       & keep harmless as well the said Amos
       Garrett as also all y.e s.d Land & tenements
       & all other the p.rmisses before menconed to
       be Bargained or sold or Covenanted to be
       Conveyed as afd w.th the appurts & every part &
       parcell thereof of & from all former bargains
       sales Joyntures dowers Titles of Dowers statutes
       Judgments Recognizances rent Charges
       arrearages of Rent forfeitures & all other
       Charges & Incumbrances whatsoever had
       made or Done before y.e saling & Delivery
       of these p.rsents by him the said Neal Clark
       and Jane his wife or by any other pson or
       psons lawfully Cling from by or under
       him or Them in anywise & the said Neal
       Clark and Jane his wife ^Doth hereby^ for themselves &
       their heirs farther Covenant pmise grant &
       agree to & w.th the said Amos Garrett his
       heirs and Assigns y.t they the said Neal
       Clark & Jane his Wife shall & will or
       Either of them from time to time & at all
