       seven shillings to him in hand paid by
       the said Amos Garrett the receipt whereof
       he Doth hereby acknowledge to be p.d
       to the said Neal Clark thereof & of
       Every part and a parcell thereof doth
       hereby fully Clearly & absolutely Exonerate
       acquitt and Discharge him the said
       Amos Garrett hath given granted
       Bargained sold aliened effeffed and
       Confirmed as by these p.rsents he the
       said Neal Clark for  himself & his
       heirs doth give grant bargain sell alien
       Enfeoffe & Confirm unto him the said
       Amos Garrett his heirs & Assigns all
       the aforesaid five hundred & Eighty
       acres of land  To have and to hold the
       said pcell or tract of Land & p.rmisses
       w.th all & singular the Woods underwoods
       & timber trees orchards Nurseries pastures
       meadows houses & out houses & all other
       the appurts whatsoever thereunto
       belonging or in anywise apperta unto
       him the said Amos Garrett his heirs
       and Assigns forever & y.e said Neal
       Clark and Jane his wife for themselves
       & their heirs Doth hereby Covenant
       pmise grant & agree to & w.th the said
