       Notched hiccory south five degrees westerly one
       hundred & twenty eight pches to a bound oake thence
       south east by south thirty six pches to a bound
       hiccory thence east five Degrees southerly
       twenty pches North North east sixty two pches
       to a bound poplar thence south east one hundred
       and Eighty six pches to a four notched oake
       thence east and by south twenty four pches north
       East and by north ninety six pches to an oake
       saplin thence north forty Degrees easterly eighty
       pches south Fifty and two Degrees easterly twenty
       and four pches east north east seventy two
       pches to a bound poplar thence south east forty
       pches thence North twenty and five degrees
       westerly three hundred and Eleven pches to y.e
       afd River thence bounding on & w.th the river
       w.th a direct line to the first tree Cont.ad & laid
       out for five hundred & Eighty acres of land
       more or less According to the Certificate of
       Survey thereof taken & ret into the land
       office Dated the Eleventh Day of September
       one thousand seven hundred  Now this
       P.rsent Indenture Wittnesseth that the said
       Neal Clark & Jane his wife for & in Consideration
       of the sume of thirty three pounds
