       This Indenture made the sixteenth
       Day of November in y.e fifth year of y.e
       Reigne of our sovereigne Lady Queen ann
       Annoque Domini One thousand seven hundred
       and Six Between Neal Clarke Late of
       Ann Arundell County Planter and Jane
       his wife of y.e one part & Amos Garrett of
       Annarundell County Merchant of the
       other parte Whereas the Right hon.ble
       Charles Lord Barron of Baltemore &c
       by his letters pattents bearing Date y.e
       Fifteenth day of this Instant November
       one Thousand seven hundred and six did
       grant unto Neal Clarke late of a arund.ll
       County or Neal Clark of Annarundell
       County all y.t tract or parcell of Land Called
       Maidens Fancy lying in Prince Georges
       County On y.e North Branch of a river Called
       Patuxent River Begining at a bound
       White oake standing at the mouth of
       a branch known by the name of Issing
       lass Branch then south forty degrees
       Westerly one hundred perches to a bound
       white oake thence west south west eighty
       & Eight pches then west twenty degrees
       southerly Eighty & seven perches to a four
