       Haggister afterwards conveyed unto Philip
       Gibbons and by the said Gibbons unto Benj.a
       Rozier father to the said Notley party
       to these presents fifty acres of Land lying
       in the said County of Charles adjoyning
       to the former Called Haggars addicon
       taken up by and granted to the said Jn.o
       Haggister and by him Conveyed to the
       said Benjamine Rozer three hundred
       and fifty acres of Land Called spring
       plains joyning to the former two tracts
       & granted to the said Benjamin Rozer
       the tenth day of March one thousand
       six hundred seaventy & three one hund.d
       acres of Land lying in Charles County
       afd on y.e east side of Portobacco
       Creek near the mouth of the sd Creek
       originally granted to Robert & George
       Goodrick and afterwards Conveyed to
       one George Thompson and by y.e sd
       Thompson Conveyed to the said Benj.a
       Rozer four hundred and fifty acres
       more Called Sickham Conveyed
       likewise by the said George unto
