       any thing therein Contained, And y.e
       said James doth hereby retaine &
       Reserve a power notwithstanding
       The same that he the said James
       may at any time within y.e terme
       of seven years from the date hereof
       Annull Revoke & make void by
       any sufficient Instrument under
       his hand & seale duly attested
       this deed & the Estate thereby made
       save only what Relates to the
       settlements of the four hund.d
       forty & five acres & the three hund.d
       seventy & six acres w.ch he will have
       to Remaine Irrevoakable according
       to the uses thereto relateing
       & herein Expressed  In
       Wittness whereof the s.d
       Parties have hereunto interchangably
       setted their hands & seals
