1002 On y.e back of y.e foregoing deed was Indorsed as foll September the 25.th 1706 Then Came James Butler of P.r Geo Co Before me Thomas Hicksone of her Maj.tys Justices of the Prov.ll Co.rt & acknowledged y.e w.thin Deed according to act of Assembly In That Case made & Provided 7½ sides Tho Hicks Recorded Nov.r 1.st 1706 This Indenture made the eighth Day of May 1706 Between James Buttler of P.r Georges County Planter of y.e one part & & Sam.ll Guichaird of the County of Annearundell planter of the other parte Wittnesseth y.t the said James for and in Consideration of the sume of Twenty five pounds of Currat & Lawfull money of England at or Before the Ensealing & Delivery of These p.rsents to him in hand paid or secured to be paid the rec.t whereof he the said James Doth hereby acknowledge & thereof & Every part & parcell thereof doth hereby for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Exonerate acquitt and Discharge him y.e said (Sam.ll) |
