       to be begotten and for want of such heirs
       the Remainder of the said Tracts of four
       hundred forty & five acres and three hundred
       seventy & six acres unto the said
       Joyce and the heirs of her body by any
       other husband to be begotten & for want
       of such heirs the Remainder tof the said
       Joyce & her heirs for ever & the remainder
       of the said Tracts of Eigh Thousand & Eighty
       acres & the Three hundred acres to such
       of the said James's Nearest Relacons
       as shall at any Time w.thin seven years
       after The Remainders Above Limitted
       are Expired, Come into this Province &
       make Himself or her self by legall
       proofe appear to be y.e next heir at Law
       to the said James and his or her heirs forever
       but in case of none such appearing
       within the said time of seven years then the
