       Judgment and Execucon ^and^ thereupon the said George Plater his Executors and Administrators
       in prison to hold and keep untill payment thereof be made with all Costs and damages sustained or
       to be sustained by occassion of the Detaining the same or any part thereof  the said George
       Plater his Ex.rs and Adm.rs forth of prison to discharge and acquittances for the same
       Part thereof for me and in my name to make seale and Deliver and allsoe to doe and Execute
       all and every other Lawfull and Reasonable acts and things whatsoever for obtaining or
       Dischargeing of the same as shall be needfull to be done Giveing and by these presents
       Granting unto my said attorney my full and absolute power in the premisses Ratifying
       and holding firme all and whatsoever my said attorney shall Lawfully doe or Cause to be done
       in and about the primisses by virtue of these presents In Wittness hereof I have
       hereunto sett my hand and seale the ninth day of December in the ninth year of the
       Reigne of our sovereigne Lord William the Third by the Grace of God of England
       Scotland France and Ireland Defender of the faith & Annoq Dom 1697

       By this Publick Instrument of Procuracon or Letter of Attorney Bee it Knowne and
       Manifest unto all people that on the Third day of August Annoq Dom 1698 And in the
       Tenth yeare of the Reigne of William the Third King of England &c.a Before
       William Scorey Notary Publik admitted and sworne Dwelling in London af.d Merch.t And
       made ordained and constituted and by these Presents doe make ordaine and Constitute Cap.t Gerard
       Slye at present in Maryland or elce where in parts beyond the seas his true and Lawfull attorney
       Giveing unto him full power and authority For and in the name and to the use of him [illegible]
       To aske demand sue for Recover and Receive all and singular such sum and summs of Money
       Debts Goods Wares Merchandizes Tobaccoes Effects and things whatsoever as are [illegible]
       oweing and Belonging to the said Const by Mathew Page of York River in Virginia
       Planter or any other person or persons whatsoever in Virginia or Maryland afd And [illegible]
       End to Account Conclude and Agree with the said Mathew Page or any other in Virginia
       or Maryland afd Indebted and Accountable to the said Constituant as his said Attorney
       shall think fitt Upon the Recoverys and Receipts to make and give sufficient
       acquittances and Discharges And if needfull to appear and the person of the said Constituant
       to Represent in all Courts and before all Lords Governors Judges and Justices [illegible]
       and to persue Implead seize sequester attach arrest [illegible]
