       Out of Prison againe (when needfull shall be) to Deliver Cumfaultate substituendi
       And Generally in and Concerning y.e primises and the Dependances to doe say
       Transact and Accomplish (as well Judicially as Extrajudicially) whatsoever
       the said Constituant himselfe might or Could doe personally he hereby promiseing to
       hold and Rattifye for good and vallid whatsoever his said attorney or his substitutes
