873) 897 All times hereafter for ever warrant and defend all the before menconed premisses hereby bargaind and sold or intended hereby to be bargaind and sould unto him the said Thomas Beale and his heirs forever against all manner of psons Claiming or to Claim any Right title or Interest in and to the same by any wayes or meanes whatsoever or in or to any parte or parcell thereof In Wittness whereof he y.e s.d Henry Bonner hath hereunto sett his hand and seale the day and year first above written Signed Sealed & Delivered May 11.th 1699 in p.rnce of us Then Came the within mentioned Henry Thomas Carpenter Bonner before us two of his Maj.tys Prov.ll Dan Crouly Justices & did acknowledge all this Right Phill Haskins & title of y.e within bargained p.rmisses May the 1.o 1699 unto the within named Thomas Bale Then Reced of the w.thin named Tho M.rchant as Wittness our hands & Cetera Beale the sume of Twelve shillings ster being for Allienacon fine of the land Phill Haskins w.thin Mentioned to be sold Witness my hand Cha Carroll James Sanders Bee it known to all men by these p.rsents that I Richard Hill of Ann Arrundell County doe hereby give grant & Confirme unto my son Henry Hill and to his Heirs for Ever all that tract of Land Called Beaslyes Neck according to pattent and fifty acres more of my Land next adjoyning to the same Runing thro the Land Called the outlett and soe thro Cusacks land next adjoining to Barkers and the Land Called Brushe Neck him the said Henry Hill to have and to hold the Lands to y.e only proper use & behoofe of him the s.d Henry Hill & his heirs for Ever as a fee simple & doe hereby declare that if I make a will and omitt any thing therein that may or ought to strengthen & Coroborate this my deed of gift that it shall bee No barr nor Hinderance of my said sons full & free Enjoym.t of the said Land and p.rmisess to him and his heires for ever & doe hereby Charge my Eldest son not to goe about to frustrate this my free gift wittness my hand & seale this 25.th day of Novemb.r Annoq Domini 1698 signed & sealed in the p.rsence of the wittness here p.rsent Joseph Hill Ric Hill seale Rich.d Hill Jun.r Know all men by these presents that I Lettice Davies of the Parish of S.t Maries [illegible] the County of Middle widdow Ex.rx of the last will and Testament of Morgan Davies my late husband Dec.d have made ordained constituted and by these presents doe make ordaine constitute and appoint Gerard Slye of London Gent my true and Lawfull Attorney for me and in My name and for my owne use to aske demand and Receive of George Plater late of London Gent the sum of Thirty five pounds and seventeen shillings of Lawfull Money of England and the Interest thereof due by bond to my said late Husband And upon non payment thereof the said George Plater his Ex.rs or Adm.rs for me and in my name to sue arrest Imprison implead and prosecute for the same and upon such suit to proceed to Judgment |
