       belonging for or by what reason or meanes so ever likewise with y.e s.d Jacob
       Moreland to account & to view settle & adjust all accompts & the ballance
       thereof To receive upon Recoveries & Receipts to give one or more aquitances
       or other sufficient ensharges in due forme of Law But upon Refusal or delay
       by him y.e s.d Jacob Moreland and all others whome it may or shall concerne him
