       Whereas a war.t of resurvey was Granted unto all Nic.o Goldesborough of Talbot County dated the
       Nineteenth day of Novemb.r last past for y.e resurvey of four hundred & twenty Ac.rs of Land p.t of the
       man.r of Hyder Dyer Loyd lying in Talbot County (upon which a trespasse was supposed to be comitted
       according to y.e Meets & Bounds thereof by y.e survey.r of y.e s.d County in y.e p.rsence of y.e sheriff and the
       Jury of y.e vicinage to be p y.e s.d Sheriff sumoned impannelled & sworne to direct y.e s.d survey.r as it shall
       be Evidently made appear to them of y.e true bounds thereof

       These are therefore humbly to Certifie that by vertue of y.e af.d War.t I have resurveyd y.e af.d pcell of
       Land Lyeing in Talbott County in y.e p.rsence of the sheriff & p y.e direcions of a Jury of the vicinage for that
       purpose p y.e sheriff sumoned impannelled & sworn & according to the Evidence to them produced begining
       at the mouth of a Creeke Called devideing Creeke and on y.e South East side of y.e s.d Creeke five p.rches in y.e
       water being y.e place deemed & taken p y.e s.d Jury (according to y.e Evidence to them produced, whereof y.e bounded
       Cedar mencioned in y.e pattent of y.e Origanall Survey then north East three hundred & twenty p.rches then
       North North West two hundred & ten p.rches then South West to the first begining Containing four hundred
       & Eighty Ac.rs & noe trespasse does appear to this Jury to be Comitted or done on y.e af.d Land all which survey
       may more plainly appear in the platt thereof hereunto annexed in Wittness whereof y.e sheriff Survey.rs & Jur.rs
       have hereunto sett their hands & seales this third day of May annoq 1699

       Antient meets & bounds) y.e Land called y.e Man.r of Hyder Dyer Loyd lying Talbott County (upon which
       a trespass is supposed to be Comitted) or any Land Contiguous Thereunto) in y.e p.rsence of y.e sherff
       & a Jury of y.e vicinage to be p y.e s.d sheriff sumoned impanelled & sworne to direct y.e survey.r as it
       shall be evidently made appear to them of y.e true bounds thereof

       These are therefore humbly to Certifie that by vertue of y.e afores.d warr.t I have Resurvayd
       y.e af.d Land Called Hider Dyer Loy lying in Talbott County af.d in y.e p.rsence of the sherff
       & p the directions of a Jury of y.e vicinage for that purpose p y.e s.d sheriff sumoned impanneled
       & sworne & according to y.e evidence that to them were produced (Beginning at an Oake
       stump standing on a point at y.e mouth of a Creeke Called Tradehaven Creeke being doe north
       p the s.d Jur.rs to be y.e Beginning of y.e af.d Land & run from thence up grate Choptank River  
       y.e sundry Courses a p the Platt sett forth & as neare as y.e River will pmitt agreeable to
