83 And bee Lawfully and Rightfully seized in theire owne or of their demeasne as of fee of & in all and singular the aforementioned to be hereby bargained premisses with the appurtenances and of every part and parcell thereof of a good sure Lawfull perfect absolute & indefeazable estate in the Law in free and Comon Soccage to the sole use of them and their heirs without any manner of Condition intayle Mortgage or limitation of use or uses or other matter or thing to alter Change Charge defeate Incumber make voyd or determin the same Estate And that they the said Henry Stockett & James Stavely now have or hath and soe (untill the first Execution of an estate of ^& in^ all and singular the premisses unto the said Edward Inglish & his heirs as aforesaid) shall Continue to have in themselves or in one of them full power good and perfect right true title & Lawfull authority to grant bargain sell Convey & assure all and singular the Before mentioned to be hereby bargained premisses with th'appurtenances and every part thereof unto the said Edward Inglishe his heirs and assignes for ever according to the intent and true meaning of these presents And that he the said Edward Inglish his heirs and assignes shall and may from henceforth att all tymes hereafter for ever lawfully peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy possesse & enjoy all and every the said two hundred and fifty Acres of Land houses Edifices buildings and all & singular other the premisses before mentioned or intended to be hereby granted bargained and sold with their and every of their appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof And alsoe have Receive take and enjoy the Rents Issues and profitts which from hence foorth shall come arise grow due or payable out of for or in respect of the said premisses or any parte thereof according to the true meaning of these presents without any manner of Lett suite trouble interruption eviction recoverie denyall or hindrance whatsoever of or by them the said Henry Stockett and James Stavely or either of them their or either of their heirs Executors adm.rs or assignes or of the heirs or assignes of the said Nathaniell Styles or any of them or of or or by any other person or persons Lawfully Clayming or to Clayme by from or under them the said Henry Stockett & James Stavely and Nathaniell Styles or any of them and that free Cleere & cleerely acquitted discharged saved harmlesse and kept indempnified of and from all and singular former and other bargains sales guifts grants leases Joyntures dowers uses wills fynes Issues Intayles mortgages annuities rents arrearages of rents statutes recognizances Judgments extents Executions debts amerciaments trusts orders and decrees and of & from all other estates titles troubles Charges & incumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted suffered done or assented unto by them the said Henry Stockett & James Stavely or either of them or by the sayd Nathaniell Styles or any of them or hereafter to be had made Comitted suffered done or assented unto by them the said Henry Stockett and James Stavely or either of them their or either of their heirs or assignes or by the heirs or assignes of the said Nathaniell Styles or any of them except the Rents & services which henceforth shall grow due unto the Chiefe Lord or lords of the fee or fees of the said premisses for or in respect of his or their seigniory or seignioryes onely And further the said the said Henry Stockett & James Stavely doe for themselves and either of them their & either of their heirs Executors & administrators Covenant promise and grant to and with the said Edward Inglishe his heirs and assignes by these presents that as well they the said Henry Stockett & James Stavely & either of them their and either of their heirs and the heirs of the said Nathaniell Styles and every of them and all and every other person & persons haveing or Lawfully Clayming or that hereafter shall or may have or lawfull Clayme any Estate Right title interest or thing of in to or out of the aforementioned to bee hereby bargained premisses with th'appurtenances or any of them or any part thereof by from or under they the said Henry Stockett James Stavely & Nathaniell Styles or any of them shall and will from time to time and att all tymes hereafter upon every Reasonable Request and att the Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Edward Inglishe his heirs or assignes or any of them make doe acknowledge Levy suffer Execute & Cause & procure to be made done acknowledged Levyed suffered and Executed all & Every |
