84 Every such further and other Lawfull act & acts thing and things dvice and devices assureance and assureances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and more perfect assureance suremakeing & Conveying of all and singular the aforementioned to be hereby bargained premisses with th'appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof unto the said Edward Inglish his heirs and assignes to and for his and their owne propper use and behoofe for ever as abovesaid according to the true meaning of these presents Bee it by Deed or deeds inrolled or not inrolled the acknowledging & inrollment of these presents fyne or fynes recovery or recoveryes Feoffment release or Confirmation with Warranty according to the true meaning of these presents or otherwise without Warranty By all or any or soe many of the wayes or meanes and in such manner & forme as by the said Edward Inglish his heirs or assignes or any of them or his or their Councell learned in the law shall be reasonably devised or advised or required And lastly itt is hereby Covenanted granted declared concluded and agreed by and between all and every the said parties to these presents that all and every fyne & fynes recoverie & Recoveries Conveyances and Assureances whatsoever heretofore made acknowledged Levyed suffered or Executed of or Concerning the before mentioned to bee hereby bargained premisses with th'appurtenances by or between the said parties to these presents or any of them or whereunto they or any of them are or shall be parties or Privies And the full force Effect & Execution of the same and every of them shalbe and enure and shall be had taken reputed deemed adjudged & Construed to be & enure to & for the onely proper use & behoofe of the said Edward Inglish his heirs & assignes for ever and to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witnesse whereof the parties first above named to these presents Indentures interchangeably have sett & putt their hands & seales the day & yeare first above written Annoq Domini 1677 Henry Stockett sealed James Stavely sealed on the back side of the aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t Signed sealed & delivered by the within named Hen Stockett in the presence of Octob.r 10.th 1679 John Staynes The w.thin written deed was then acknowled in Charles Bathurst open Court by the w.thin named Henry Stockett George Parker to bee his Act and deed to the uses therein menconed Nic Painter Cler Cur Prov.lise October the 10.th 1678 The within written Deed was then acknowledged in open Court by the within named James Stavely to be his act & Deed to the uses therein mentioned Nic Painter Cl Cur Provin Know all men by these presents that I Richard Speed of the Citty of Peristoll Marriner have constituted Authorized appointed and by these presents doe Constitute authorize appoynt and in my place and stead put my trusty and loveing friend Joshua Doyne of S.t Maryes County in our said Province of Maryland Planter my true and lawfull attorney for me and in my name and to my use to sue for sue Levy require recover and receive of and from all and every person or persons whatsoever all and every such sume or sumes of money debts goods wares Merchandizes due and demands whatsoever which are now due owing or belonging or from me are Detayned by the said person or persons for any matter or cause upon any Contract or by any other wayes or meanes whatsoever whether the same be due by bill bond specialty booke score accompt or otherwayes owing and hereby granting to my said attorney full power good right and lawfull authority in the premisses the said person or persons their Ex.rs & Adm.rs And their goods & Chattells to sue arrest Attach declare implead imprison and out of prison to deliver Letters of acquittance or other sufficient discharges in my name to make seale and deliver attorneys one or more under him to sett and substitute and the same att his pleasure to revoake and further to make Composition and generally to doe and execute all and act and acts thing and things device and devices whatsoever in the Law requiset to be done in relation to the premisses and that as effectuall in every respect we I myself might or Could doe the same if I were there then personally present ratifying Confirming and allowing all and whatsoever my said attorney |
