       Of y.e Ensealing and Delivery of these presents is and standeth solely and Rightfully seized
       of y.e P.rmisses hereby bargained w.th the Appurtenances of a good perfect and Indefeazable
       Estate of Inheritance in fee simple to him and his heires for Ever without any Condicon Limitacon
       or Proviso to Alter Change or Determine y.e same and now hath in himself good right full power &
       Lawfull Authencity to give grant Bargaine and Sell Convey and Assure y.e same and every parte and
       parcell thereof w.th y.e Appurtenances unto him the said Thomas Cheney and his heires and assignes
       for Ever in manner and forme before menconed and Expressed according to y.e true Intent and meaning
       of y.e afore menconed p.rsents and alsoe that y.e said Thomas Cheney at all times for Ever shall &
       may Lawfully peaceablely have hold Use and Occupie posses and Enjoy and singular y.e premises
       before menconed to be hereby bargained and every parte and parcell thereof w.th y.e Appurtenances
       freely and without let suite trouble Eviction hindrance or Denyall of him the said Jn.o Jacob his
       heires or any other person or persons whatsoever free and clearly Acquitted Exonorated and Discharged
       of and from all other Estates titles and Incumbrances whatsoever and moreover that y.e s.d Jn.o Jacob
       his heires and all other psons claiming any Estate of in or to y.e premisses hereby bargained or any
       parte or parcell thereof by from him or them or any of them shall from time to time and at all
       times hereafter within the space of Seaven Yeares after y.e Date hereof at y.e request Cost and
       Charges in y.e Law of y.e said Thomas Cheney or his heires aforesaid make doe accknowledge leveie
       Execute and suffer or cause to be made Done Accknowledged levied Executed and suffered
       all ^& every^ such further & other lawfull act and acts thing and things Device and Devices Assurance and
       Assureances) in Law whatsoever for y.e further and better assuring and sure making & conveying
       of all and singular y.e premisses before menconed to be hereby bargained unto y.e s.d Thomas Cheney
