       133  13  00 by M.r Thomas Tench to whome the said Gov.r gave Ord.r to Collect and Receive the same
       being a duty upon Liquors Imported into this Province as Rum Wine &c for and towards defraying
       the Publick Charge

       Wee doe allso find the late Gov.r Chargeable with Ten barrells of his Maj.tyes Powder by him
       disposed of and not brought into his Majestys Magazine
