       This whole Article wee looke upon erronious for that the said M.r Cood and Chesledyne
       though by us sent as Agents appeared there as advocates for their Maj.tyes and therefore
       might have had free Access to the Councill board without any Charge or delay neither
       were they sent without Money or Creditt proportion able to our Abillity and their degree
