       The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the above bounden Sam.ll Wattkins is by his
       Ex.cy Francis Nicholson Esq.r his Majestyes Capt Gen.ll and Governo.r in Cheife in and Over his Province of Maryland
       afd Appoynted and Commisionated to be Navall officer of the District of Petuxent in the Province afd Now it soe     
       be that the said Sam.ll Wattkins shall well and faithfully Execute the said Office Psuant to the severall
       Acts of Trade and Navigation and especially the late Act of Parliam.t made Annis Septivuo et Octavo Gulielum
       Terty Regis Entituled An Act for preventing frauds and regulating abuses in the plantation trade and the Oathe
       by limitation before his said Ex.cy the Governo.r in Cuncill According to the Directions of the s.d Act for the true
       and faithfull pformance of his Duty Then this Obligation to be voyd otherwise to remaine in full force & virtue
