759 his heirs and Assignes by these presents in Manner and forme following (that is to say) that he the said John Galwith the Day of the Date hereof at the insealeing and Delivery of these presents is and standeth & soe untill the first Execucon of & in all and singular the premisses unto the said William Turner his ^and^ heirs according to the true intent and meaneing of these presents shall stand & bee Lawfully and rightfully seized in his Demesne as of fee of & in all & singular the aforemenconed to bee hereby bargained premisses with theire and every of theire appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof of A good sure Lawfull person absolute and Indefeazible Estate in the Law in fee simple to the sole use of him and his heirs without any manno.r of Condicon intayle Mortgage limittacon of use or uses or other Matter or things to Alter Change Charge Defeate incumber Make voyd or Determine the same Estate And that the said John Galwith Now hath in himselfe and soe untill the first Execucon of an estate of and in all & singular the premisses unto the said William Turner his heirs and Assignes for ever as aforesaid shall Continue to have full power good & ^perfect^ & right true title and Lawfull Authority to give grant bargaine sell Convey and assure all and singular before Menconed to bee hereby bargained premisses with their and every of their appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof unto the said William Turner his heirs and Assignes for ever According to the true intent and Meaneing of these presents And that he the said William Turner his heirs and assignes shall and may from hence forth at all times for ever hereafter Lawfully peacably and quietly have hold use occupie possess and enjoye all and singular the said six severall Tracts or parcells of Land & premisses before menconed or intended to be hereby given granted aliened bargained sold enfeoffed and Confirmed with theire and every of theire appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof And alsoe have receive take and enjoye to and for his and theire owne proper use and behoofe all and every the Rents Issues and proffitts whatsoever which from hence forth shall come arise growe Due and payable at ^out^ for or in respect of the said premisses or any other part thereof according to the true meaneing of these presents without any mannor of lett suite Trouble Deniall interrupcon eviction recoverie mollestacon or hindrence whatsoever of or by the said John Galwith his heirs Executo.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or of or by any other person or persons whatsoever And that free & Cleere and freely and Cleerly and absolutely acquitted exonerated and Discharged saved harmless and Kept Indempnified of and from all & singular former and other guifts grants bargaines sales leases Joyntures Dowers uses wills fynes issues Amercements intayles Mortgages Annuities rent arreareges of rent statutes recognizances judgments execucons extents Debts Trusts orders and decrees and of and from all other Estates Titles Troubles Charges and Incumbrances Whatsoever had made Comitted suffered Done Executed or Assented unto by him the said John Galwith his heirs Executo.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or of or by any other person or persons whatsoever the rents and services which from henceforth shall growe due and payable to the Cheife Lord or Lords of the fee or fees onely and allwayes excepted and |
