       granted Alieneted Bargaind Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed And by these presents
       Doe fully freely Cleerly and absolutely give grant alien sell Enfeoff and Confirme  
       unto the said William Turner his heirs and Assignes for Ever all those the
       afore Menconed six severall parcells or Tracts of Land (surveyed) Laid out and
       bounded as aforesaid Containeing in the whole by Computacon seaven hundred and
       Fifty Acres bee the same More or Less Together with all and singular the
       Messuages Tennements Dwelling houses yards Barnes stables out houses Ediffices
       buildings Tobaccoe houses backsides gardins and Orchards with their and Every of
       their appurtenances to the said six severall parcells of Land (or any) or Either or any
       part of either of them belonging or in any manner of waise appertaineing And
       all timber and timber Trees Weas passages Woods underwoods fences Rents
       Easements proffitts Comodities heritements or appurtenances Whatsoever to the said six
       severall parcells or Tracts of Land and premisses or any part or parcell thereof belonging
       or appertaineing or Accepted Reputed Taken Used Occupied or enjoyed as part
       parcell or member thereof or any part thereof And the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and proffitts Whatsoever of all & singular
       the before Menconed to be hereby bargained premisses with their and Every of
       their appurtenances and Every part and parcell thereof and all & singular the
       Estate Right title Interest Use possession Rent property Inheritence Claime
       and Demand whatsoever of them the said John Galwith and Jane his Wife
       or Either of them or Either of their heirs Executo.rs Adm.rs or Assignes of in or to y.e
       before menconed to be hereby bargained premisses with their and Every of their
       appurtenances or any part or parcell thereof Together alsoe with all Deeds
       Writeings pattents Evidences Chirographies of Fynes Examplyficacons of Recoveryes
       boundarys and minuments whatsoever Touching or Concerning the the said premisses
       or any part or parcell thereof To have and to hold the ^said^ six severall parcells of
       Land with all and singular every the premisses above mentioned or intended to bee
       hereby given granted aliened bargained sold enfeoffed Confirmed with their and
       every of their appurtenances and Every part and parcell thereof unto the
       said William Turner his heirs and Assignes for ever And to & for None
       other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said John Galwith for
       himselfe and Jane his ^said^ wife for their and either of their heires Executo.rs Adm.rs
       and Assignes and for every of them doth Covenant promiss & grant to & with the
       said William Turner his heirs Executo.rs Adm.rs and Assignes & to and with
       every of them by these presents that ^he^ the said John Galwith his heirs Executo.rs
       and Adm.rs All and singular the aforemenconed to be hereby bargained
       premisses with their and every of their appurtenances & every part and parcell
       of them and every of them unto the sid William Turner his heirs Executo.rs
       Adm.rs and Assignes To and for his and theire own proper use & behoofe for
       ever as afd from and ag.t him the said Allexand.r Watts his heirs Executo.rs
       Adm.rs and Assignes and from & against the said James Berry & W.m Berry
       and Nawnia his Wife theire and either of their heirs Executo.rs Adm.rs and
       Assignes To and for his and theire from and against the said John Grear
       and James Grear & from and against the said Thomas Tasker & Rebecah
       his wife and from and against the said John Grover & from & against
       the said William Kidd and Margarett his Wife and from and against the
       said Griffin George and Robert Rowe and from & against the said
       James Empson and all and every of them or either of them & from and
       against all and every & either of theire heires Executo.rs Adm.rs and Assignes
       And from and against all and every other person & p.rsons whatsoever
       shall and will warrent & for ever Defend by these presents And alsoe
       the said John Galwith for himselfe his heirs Executo.rs Adm.rs & Assignes
       doth Covenant promiss & grant to and with the said William Turner
