760 and foreprized And further that hee the said John Galwith his heirs and Assignes shall and will from time to tyme and at all tymes for ever hereafter at the request Costs & Charges in the Law of the said William Turner his heirs or Assignes Make Doe suffer and execute and Cause & procure to bee Made Donne sufferred and executed all and every such further Lawfull and Reasonable Act and Acts thing & things Device and Devices Assureance and Assureances in the Law Whatsoever which shall or may be for the further better assureing and sure Makeing of the premisses and every part thereof unto the said William Turner his his heirs Executo.rs Adm.rs or Assignes as by his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be Reasonably Devised Advized or Required In Wittnesse whereof the parties first above menconed to these present indentures their hands and seales interchangeably have sett & putt Dated the Day and yeare first above written Annoq Dm 1691 Signed Sealed & Delivered by the within John Galwith (seale) Names James Galwith in the p.rsents of her Tho Blake Jane E Galwith (seale) James Crauford the Marke of Memd.m wee whose names are here under Written were Edward M Cowdrey p.rsent in Court of the Lord Mayor and Aldermen of London and Did soe the within Named John Galwith Seale and Deliver as his Act and Deed to the use of the within menconed William Turner this p.rsent Deed Witness our hands this one and twentieth Day of November Anno Dm 1694 And in the sixth yeare of the reigne of King William and Queen Mary of England &c Jn.o Grover Memorandum John Underwood W.m Smith Sen.r That this three and twentieth Day of May in the third yeare of theire Maj.ties Reigne Annoq Dm 1691 Came the within Named Jane Galwith the Wife of the within Named John Galwith Before us Francis Huchins and W.m Parker two of their Maj.ties Justices of the peace for Calvert County in the province of Maryland and being by us secrately Examined out of the heareing of her said husband did Acknowledge the within written Indenture to be her Act and Deed and that shee did freely and vollentarily resigne all & singular her right title & interest of in or to the within menconed six severall parcells or Tracts of Land and the appurtenances thereunto belonging without being forced or thereunto indured by feare or threates of her said Husband In Testimoney whereof wee have hereunto subscribed our Names the day & yeare aforesaid 1691 Frances Hutchins W.m Parker To All to whome these p.rsents shall Come Wee S.r Thomas Lane Knight Lord Mayor and the Aldermen of the Citty of London Doe hereby make knowne and certifie that on the day of the date hereof in their Maj.ties Court holden before us in the Chamber of the Guild hall of the said Citty Personally appeared John Galwith of Calvert County in the province of Maryland |
