       This Indenture Made the twenty Eighth day                              in the sixth yeare of
       the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord and Lady William Mary by the Grace of God of
       England Scotland France and Ireland King and Queene defend.rs of the faith &c
       And in the yeare of our Lord 1694 Between Ninian Dew of Calvert County in the
       Province of Maryland Planter sonne and heire of Patrick Dew late of the County aforesd
       deceased of the one part and David Morgan of the said County of Calvert & Province afd
       planter of the other parte Wittnesseth that the said Ninian Dew for and in Consideracon
       of the full just sume and just quantity of two thousand foure hundred pounds of good sound
       and Every way well Condiconed Merchantable Tobaccoe and Caske to Contayne the same
       to him in hand well and truely paid and secured to be paid by the said David
       Morgan att and before the Insealeing and Delivery of these p.rsents the receipt he the
       said Ninion Dew doth hereby Acknowledge and himselfe to bee therewith fully
       satisfyed and paid and thereof and every part thereof doth Cleerly acquitt
       exonerate and discharge the said David Morgan his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & assignes
       and Every of them by these p.rsents hath given granted aliened bargained sold
       Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these p.rsents Doth fully Cleerly & absolutely give
       grant alien bargaine sell Enfeoffe and Confirme unto y.e said David Morgan
       his heirs and assignes for Ever All that Tract of Land Lyeing scituate & being in
       the County of Baltemore and in the South side of A Creeke Called Swann Creeke
       in the said County being butted and bounded as followeth Begining at an Oake
       standing by a Cove Called Cookes Cove and runing North west & by north forty five
       p.rches to a bounded oake standing by A small Runn thence with A Line Drawn
       South East ^West^ and by West five hundred thirty three p.rches & one third part of
       a pearch thence south East and by south forty five p.rches and thence by A
       straight Lyne to the first bounded tree Containeing and Now Laid out for one
       hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or Less to be held of the Manner of
       Baltemore Which said Tract of Land was Taken up by John Cooke of Baltemore
       County planter and by him Conveyed to the said Patrick Dew deceased Father
       of the said Ninion Dew as by his Certaine Indenture of bargaine & seale beareing date
       the second day of August in the fifth yeare of the Dominion of the said Right
       Hon.ble Charles &c and in the yeare of our Lord God One thousand six hundred &
       Eighty Made between the said John Cooke of the one part and the aforesaid
       Patrick Dew of the other part as by the records Remagning in his Lordshipps County
       Court of Baltemore County aforesaid Relacon being thereunto had may
       More Fully and Large appeare Together with all Edifices buildings backsides yards
       gardens and orchards with their and Every of their appurtenances & Every part &
       p.rll thereof with all rights proffitts & benefitts to y.e said Tract of Land
       belonging or in any wise appertaineing as Accepted reputed taken demised used
       Occupyed and all timber and timber trees Wayes passages Woods underwoods
       fences rents Easements Comodities hereditaments & appurtenances whatsoever to y.e said
       Tract of Land belonging or in any wise appertaineing or Accepted reputed taken demised
       used occupied or enjoyd as part parcell or Member thereof & the reversion and
       reversions remainder and Remainders rents Issues and proffitts Whatsoever of all and
       singular the before menconed to be hereby Bargained p.rmisses with their and every
       of their appurtenances and every part and percell thereof & all and singular the
       demand whatsoever of him the said Ninon Dow of in or to the before exomened
       to be hereby bargained p.rmisses with their and every of their appurtenances
       or any part thereof Together with all deeds writeings pattents evidences
       Chyroghraphys of Fines Exemplificacons of Recoverys bandarys and Minuments
       whatsoever touching or Concerning the said p.rmisses or any part thereof To
       have and to hold the said Tract of Land Ediffices buildings backsides
       yards gardens and orchards and all and singular other the p.rmisses before
