744 (734 Menconed or Intended to be hereby given granted aliened bargained sold enfeoffed and Confirmed with their and every of their appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof unto the said David Morgan his heirs and Assignes for ever and for the onely proper use and behoofe of the said David Morgan his heirs and Assignes for ever And the Said Ninion Dow for himselfe his heirs Executo.rs Adm.rs and assignes and for every of them doth Covenant promiss and grant to and with the said David Morgan his heirs and assignes and to and with every of them by these p.rsents that he the said Ninion Dew his heirs Ex.rs and Administrato.rs all and singular the before menconed p.rmisses with their and every of their appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof of them and every them unto the said David Morgan his heirs and assignes to and for his and their owne proper use and behoofe as aforesaid against him the said Ninion Dew his heires Executo.rs Adm.rs and Assignes and from and against all and every other person and persons whatsoever shall and will Warrent and for ever defend by these p.rsents And alsoe that y.e said Ninion Dew for himselfe his heirs Executo.rs and Administrato.rs doth Covenant promiss and grant to and with the said David Morgan his heirs and assignes by these p.rsents in manner and forme Followeing that is to say that hee the said Ninion Dew the Day of the date hereof and at the Ensealeing and Delivery of these p.rsents is and standeth and soe untill untill the first Execucon of an Estate of and in all and singular the said p.rmisses unto the said David Morgan and his heirs according to the Intent and true meaneing of these p.rsents shall stand and be Lawfully and Rightfully seized in his demeasne as of Fee of and in all and singular the before menconed to be hereby bargained p.rmisses with the appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof of A good sure lawfull person absolute and Indefeazeable Estate in the Law in Fee simple to the sole use of him & his heirs without any manner of Condicon Mortgage Intayle or Lymitacon of use or uses or other matter or thing to Alter Change Charge defeate Incumb.r Make void or determine y.e same Estate And that he the said Ninion Dew Now hath in himselfe & soe untill the first Execucon of an Estate of and in all & singular the p.rmisses unto the said David Morgan and his heires as aforesaid shall Continue to have in himselfe full power good and parfect right true title and Lawfull Authority to give grant bargaine sell Convey and assure all and singular the before Menconed to be hereby bargained p.rmisses with their and every of their appurtenances and every part thereof unto the said David Morgan his heirs and Assignes for ever According to the true Intent and Meaneing of these p.rsents And that he said David Morgan his heirs and assignes shall and may from hence forth and att all times for ever hereafter Lawfully peacably and quietly have hold use occupy possess and enjoy the said Tract of Land Ediffices buildings backsides yards gardens orchards and all and singular other the p.rmisses before Menconed or Intended to be hereby given granted aliened bargained sold and Enfeoffed with their and every of their appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof and alsoe have take receive & enjoy to and for his and their owne proper use and behoofe all and singular the rents issues and proffitts which from hence forth shall Come arise grow dew and payable out for in respect of the said p.rmisses or any part thereof According to y.e True Meaneing of these p.rsents without any Manner of Lett suite Trouble Interupcon Eviccon Recovery or denyall whatsoever of or by the said Ninion Dew his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or of or by any other p.rson or p.rsons whatsoever And that Free and Cleere and Freely and Cleerly acquited exononerate discharged saved and kept indempnified of and from all and singular former and other bargaines sales guifts grants leases Mortgages Joyntures Dowers uses Wills Fines Issues intayles Anuityes rents Arrearages of rents Statutes recognizance Judgments Execucons Extents Debts Amercements trusts orders decrees and of and from all other Estates titles Charges troubles and Incumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted don or suffered by him the said Ninion Dew or of or by any other p.rson or p.rsons whatsoever the rents and services which from hence forth shall grow dew unto the Cheife Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees of whome the same p.rmisses are holden only and alwaise Excepted & foreprized And further the said Ninion Dew for himselfe his heirs Executo.rs and Adm.rs doth Covenant promiss and |
