(697) 707 Maryland fs This Indenture made the 14.th day of June in the Year of our Lord One Thousand six hundred & Ninety between William Dent of Charles County Gent of the one part and John Miller of S.t Maryes County Blacksmith of the other part Witnesseth that the said William Dent for and in Consideracon of Two Thousand Eight hundred pounds of Tobacco to him the said William Dent at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof in hand payd by the said John Miller Hath Given Granted Bargained Aliened Sold Transferred Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these p.rsents for him and his heirs Doth Give Grant Bargain Alien Sell Transfer Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said John Miller his heirs and Assignes for ever All that his Estate Right Title Interest Use Possession Revercon and Revercons Remainder and Remainders Rent and Rents Claime and Demands whatsoever of in and to all these Messuages Tenements and Dwelling houses with the appurtenances scituate lying and being on the West side of S.t Maryes River on the East side of Wickliffts Creeke in S.t Maryes County afd called Gardiners Purchase being next adjoyning to the land of M.r Kenelm Cheseldyn together with all the houses Lands Ediffices Buildings Barnes Stables Yards Orchards Feedings Ways Easments passages proffits Comodityes Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the same above bargained p.rmisses with the appurtenances from the said William Dent and his heirs to the said John Miller and his heirs without any Lett hinderance molestacon or disturbance of the said William Dent his heirs Executors Administrato.rs and Assignes and the said William Dent from him and his heirs his Title and Right Claime and Demand to the same above bargained p.rmisses with the appurtenances to the said John Miller and his heirs doth hereby Release and Discharge In Witness whereof the parties above menconed have interchangably sett their hands and seales the day and year above written William Dent sealed and delivered in p.rsence of Charles Carroll Henry Wriothesley M.d that the Thirteenth day of November 1694 Came the within named William Dent into open Court and acknowledged the within Indenture Record 17.th Jan.ry 1694 to be his Act and Deed signed P order Henry Wriothesley Clk |
