       Lawfully and rightfully seazed in his demeazne as of Fee of all the said
       parcell of Land and premisses before mentioned to be hereby
       bargained p.rmisses with the appurtenances and every part and parcell
       thereof of a good sure perfect absolute and indefeizable Estate of Inheritance
       in Fee simple to the sold use and uses of him and his heires without any manner
       of Condition mortgage limitation of use or uses or other matter or thing
       to alter change defeate incumber make void or determine the same Estate
       And that he the said John Howe now hath in himselfe and soe untill the
       first Execution of an Estate of all and singular the said p.rmisses unto the
       said Mathew Lewis and his heires as aforesaid shall continue to have in
       himselfe full power good right title and Lawfull Authority to give
       graunt bargaine sell Convey and assure all and singular the afore
       mentioned to be bargained p.rmisses with their and every of their apptenances
       and every part and parcell thereof unto the said Mathew Lewis his heirs and
       Assignes for ever according to the true intent and meaning of these p.rsent
       And that the said Mathew Lewis his heires and Assignes shall and may
       have hold use occupy possess and enjoy from henceforth and at all times for
       ever hereafter Lawfully peaceably and quietly all the said Pcell or Tract of
       Land and p.rmisses before mentioned with the appurtenances and every part
       and parcell thereof And alsoe have take receive and Enjoy to his
       and their own proper use and behoofe all and singular the rents Issues and
       profitts which henceforth shall come arise grow due and payable for or
       in respect of the said Pcell of Land and p.rmisses or any part thereof
       according to the true intent and meaning of these presents without
       any manner of lett suite trouble interuption without recovery denyall
       or hinderance whatsoever of or by the said John Howe his heires Execut.rs
       Adm.rs or Assignes or of or by any other pson or psons whatsoever And
       that free and clear and freely and clearly acquitted exonerated and
       discharged of and from all and singular former and other bargaines
       seales guifts graunts Leases Jointures Dowers uses Wills entailes annuities
       rents arrearages of rents statutes recognizances Judgment Executions
       extents amerciaments Trusts Orders Decrees and of and from all other
       estates rights titles troubles charges & Incumbrances whatsoever had
       made comitted done or suffered by the said John Howe or of or by the
       said Thomas Howe and father or of or by any other pson or psons whatsoever
       (excepting and alwayes reserving the rents and services which henceforth
       shall grow due unto the Cheife Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees of whome the said p.rmisses
       are holden onely and allwayes excepted and Foreprized And the said John Howe
       for himselfe his heires Executors and Adm.rs doth further Covenant promise & grant
       to and with the said Mathew Lewis his heires and Assignes by these presents that as well
       the said John Howe and his heires and all and every other person or persons having
       or lawfully clayming ^or^ that hereafter shall or may have or Lawfully claime any Estate
       right title interest or demand unto or out of the aforementioned premisses with the
       apptnances or any part or parcell thereof by from or under him the said John Howe
       his heires or Assignes or of or by any other person or persons whatsoever shall
       and will from time to time and at all times hereafter upon the reasonable request and
       at the Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Mathew Lewis his heires and Assignes
       make doe acknowledge suffer and execute or cause and procure to be made done
       acknowledged suffered and Executed all and every such further and other Lawfull
