681) 691 and other Lawfull reasonable Act and Acts thing and things device and devices assureances and Conveyances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and more perfect assureances sure making and Conveying of all and singular the aforementioned premisses with the apptenances and every part and pcell thereof unto the saide Mathew Lewis his heires and Assignes and to and for his and their owne proper use and behoofe for ever as abovesaid according to the true intent and meaning of these presents Bee it by Deed or Deeds inrolled or not inrolled the acknowledgment and inrollment of these p.rsents Fyne or Fynes recovery or recoveryes Feoffment or confirmation with warranty according to the true meaning of these p.rsents or without warranty by all any or soe many of the wayes & meanes aforesaid or by any other ways or meanes and in such manner and forme as by the said Mathew Lewis his heires or Assignes or any of them or his or their Councill learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required And Lastly it is hereby covenanted granted declared concluded & agreed upon by and between the said Pties to these p.rsents that all and every Fyne and Fynes recovery and recoveryes Conveyances & assureances whatsoever hereafter had made acknowledged leavyed or Executed or hereafter to be had made acknowledged leavyed or executed of and concerning the aforementioned premisses with the apptenances or any part or parcell thereof by or betweene the said Pties to these presents or any of them or whereunto they or any of them are or shall be pties or privies and the full force and execution of the same and every of them shall Bee and Enure and shall be Deemed reputed and taken to be and Enure To and for the onely proper use and behoofe of the said Mathew Lewis his heires and Assignes for ever and to and for none other use intent and purpose whatsoever In Wittness whereof the pties first above named to these p.rsent Indentures have Interchangeably sett their hands and seales the day and year first above written Sigon John H Howe Sealed and delivered in the presence of sigin John Kent May the fourth 1693 S Watkins Then received by order of Coll Henry Darnall for the use of the honorable Charles Lord Baltemore the sume of one pound sterling being the Allienacon mony due for the within mentioned Land P me Luke Gardiner Memorandum the fourth day of may Anno Domini 1693 came herein the provintiall Court the within mentioned John Howe and Elizabeth his wife and (the said Elizabeth being privately examined according to Law) they both acknowledged the within written to be their Act and Deed to the use therein mentioned and the said Mathew Lewis made tender in Court of the Alienation money but noe person appeared to receive the same Recorded 6.o Augusti 1694 John Llewellin Clk Henrey Wriothesley Clk |
