       This Indenture made the ninth day of October for the yeare of our Lord one Thousand
       six hundred Ninety and Three Beetweene Michaell Judd of Baltemore County in the
       province of Maryland planter and Jane his Wife on the one part and Edward
       Day of Sumerset County in the said province Marchant on the other part
       Witnesseth That whereas for and on Consideracon of the sume of Foure Thousand
       pounds of Tobacco to them the said Michaell Judd and Jane his Wife in hand paid
       at and before the ensealeing hereof by the said Edward Day the receipt whereof
       they doe hereby acknowledge accordingly and themselves to be thereof and therewith
       fully satisfyed and thereof and of every part thereof doe clearly acquite exonarate
       and discharge the said Edward Day his heires Executo.rs and Administrato.rs & every
       of them for ever by these presents They the said Michaell Judd and Jane his wife
       have given granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these
       presents doe fully clearly and absolutely Give grant bargaine sell elien enfeoff &
       Confirme unto the said Edward Day All that Tract or parcell of land scituate in
       Sumersett County aforesaid Called Walleys Chance lying and being on the south west side
       at the head of Wicocomoco Creeke Begining at a Marked pine standing by a branch side
       from Thence runing East South East the Breadth of One hundred and fifty pole to a
       Markt Oake and from thence runing South South East the length of Two hundred sixty
       five pches to a marked pine and from thence runing west North West the breadth of
       one hundred and fifty pole to a Marked Oake with a line Drawne North North East
       to the first bounder Conteyning and layd out for Three hundred Acres More or less and all
       out houses wayes Easements woods Underwoods profitts Comodities and appurtenances to the
       said land belonging And the Revercon and Revercons remainder and remaind.rs of the
       same To have and to hould the said Tract of land and premisses with the appurtenances
       unto the said Edward Day his heires and Assignes to the onely proper use and behoofe
       of the said Edward Day his heires and assignes absolutely and for ever To be holden
       of the cheife Lord or Lords of the fee or fees of the p.rmisses by the rent and sarvices
       therefore due and of right accustomed And the said Richard Judd for him and his
       heires and for the Said Jane his wife the said land and p.rmisses to the said
       Edward Day and his heires shall and will Warrant and for Ever Defend by these presents
       And also the said Michaell Judd for him his heires Executo.rs and Administrato.rs
       and for the said Jane His wife doth Covenant grant and gave to and with the said
       Edward Day his heires and assignes by these presents that Hee the said Mich.ll Judd
       and Jane his wife or one of them have or hath in him her or themselves full power and
       right and lawfull Authority to grant and Convey the said land and p.rmissess hereby
       bargained and sold unto the said Edward Day & his heires in Mannor and forme
       as herein is Menconed And that the said Edward Day his heires and assignes shall
       and may from hence forth for ever hereafter peaceably & quietly have hold
       occupy possess and Enjoy the said Land and p.rmisses hereby bargained & sold or ment
       Mentioned or intended or intended to be hereby bargained and sold with their and
       every of their appurtenances without any let hindrance or Molestacon of him the said
       Michaell Judd his heires or assignes of of the said Jane his wife or any other person
       or parsons whatsoever and that freed and discharged or otherwise well and sufficiently saved
       kept harmeles and indempnified of and from all and all Mannor of formar and
       and other bargaines sales guifts grants titles troubles debts Charges rents and arrearages of
       rents and other incumbrances whatsoever The rents and sarvices from henceforth
       to be become Due & payable to the Cheife Lord or Lords of the fee or fees of the p.rmisses
       onely Excepted and foreprized) And Lastly the said Micheall Judd for him his heires
       executo.rs and Administrato.rs and for the said Jane his wife doth Covenant grant &
       agree to and with the said Edward Day his heires and assignes by these presents
       he the said Micheall Judd and Jane his wife and all claimeing under them and all other
       parson or parsons any Estate haveing or lawfully clayming of in and to the said bargained
       p.rmisses or any part thereof shall and will at all times hereafter upon the resonable
       request at the Cost and Charges in the Law of the said Edward Day his heires or assignes
       Make and grant unto him or them such further and other lawfull & reasonable
