       This Indenture made the fifth day of October in the yeare of our Lord one thousand six hundred ninety &
       three Beetween Francis Pennington of Saint Innogoes in S.t Maryes County Gentleman of the one part and
       William Hunter of the same County Gent of the other part Whereas Henry Warrent of the same County Gent
       (being then resident in the City of London) did by his Indenture beareing date the foure and twentyeth day
       of August in the yeare of our Lord one thousand six hundred Eighty and five and acknowledged before the
       Lord Mayor of the said Citty and Inrolled in the Hustings of the Comand pleas held in the Guildhall of the
       said Citty of London and alsoe Recorded in the Secretaryes office of this province for the Consideracon therein Mentioned
       grant bargaine and sell unto the said Francis Pennington and John Pennington his Brother Deceased the severall
       Manno.rs Tracts and parcells of land hereafter mentioned and in the before recited Deed butted bounded described
       and named and more perticular by therein sett forth (that is to say) All that parcell of Towne land lying
       nearest about the Non Chappell at Saint Marys Conteyning by Estimacon Twenty five Acres or thereabouts and
       all that other parcell of Towne land lying about Saint Marys Hill neare saint Innogoes Creeke Conteyning by
       Estimation Two hundred and fifty acres or there abouts alsoe all that parcell of land laid out for a Mannor
       Commonly Called or knowne by the name of S.t Innogoes Mannor in San.t Marys County Conteyning by Estimation two
       Thousand Acres or thereabouts All those two parcells of land lying and being in Charles County late or heretofore
       in the occupation of Thomas Mathewes Gent or his Assignes All that parcell of Forrest land
       Called Saint Thomas Manno.r lying in Portobacco conteyning by Estimation three thousand Five hundred Acres
       And alsoe a parcell of land by order of the provintiall Court resurveyed for five hundred Acres All which
       last mentioned Lands being laid out together in a Mannor is now called or knowne by the name of S.t Thomas
       Manno.r And alsoe all that Neck of land lying and being betweene S.t Clements Bay and Brittaines Bay in Saint
       Marys County aforesaid Conteyning seaven hundred and fifty Acres or thereabouts And all that parcell of land
       called Brittaines out lett conteyning one hundred acres or there abouts Together with all and singular theire
       Houses Edifices buildings Court Lord Court Barron Rights proffits Comodityes hereditaments and appurtenances
       whatsoever to the said Manno.r lands and p.rmisses and Every of them belonging or in any wise appertaining And
       in the before recited Deed perticularly mentioned and all the Estate right title and interest Clayme and
       demand whatsoever of him the said Henry Warren of in or to the same or any part or parcell thereof and
       the revertion and revertions remainder and remaind.rs of all and singular the p.rmisses And all yearly and
       other rents and Effects reserved due or payable upon any demise or lease made of the said premisses or of any
       part thereof To have and to hold the said Manno.r or Reputed Manno.r Messuages lands tenements hereditam.ts
       and all and singular other the p.rmisses herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby granted with theire &
       every of their appurtenances unto the said Francis Pennington and John Pennington theire heires and
       Assignes To the only proper use and behoofe of them the said Francis Pennington and John Pennington theire
       heires and assignes for ever As by the said recited Indre may more plainly and at large appeare And
       whereas the said John Pennington since the Makeing of the Said recited Indenture is dead and the
       right title and interest of the before mentioned Mannors lands and premisses are come to the said
       Francis Pennington by surveyorship Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Francis
       Pennington for and in Consideracon of the sume Tenne Shillings of good and lawfull Money of England to him in
       hand paid by the said William Hunter before the Ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof hee
       doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every part thereof doth acquitt and discharge the said Will.m
       Hunter his Ex.rs administrators by these presents And for divers others good Causes and Considerations him
       thereunto especially moveing hath granted bargained and sold And by these presents doth grant bargaine
       and sell to the said W.m Hunter All these Severall tracts or parcells of land Mannors or reputed Manno.rs
       in the above recited Indenture Mentioned with all and singular houses edifices Court Leetes Court
       Barrons priviledges proffitts Comodityes hereditaments and appurtenances to the same or any part thereof
       in any wise belonging or appertaineing And all the Estate right title interest Claime and demand whatsoever
       of him the said Francis Pennington of in and to the same or any part or parcell thereof And the
       revertion and revertions remainder and remainders of all and singular the said p.rmisses And all
       yearly and other rents and proffitts reserved due or payable upon any demise or lease made of the said
       p.rmisses or any part thereof To have and to hold the said Manno.r or reputed Manno.rs Messuages lands
       tenements hereditaments in the said recited Indenture and herein before Mentioned and intended to bee
       hereby granted with theire and every of their appartenances unto the said William Hunter his heires and
       assignes To the only proper use and behoofe of him the said William Hunter his heires and assignes
       for ever All such Ample Manner and forme and to all intents Constructions and purposes in the
       perticulars As the same were Mentioned or intended to bee granted to the said Francis Pennington and John
       Pennington by the above recited Indenture In Witnes whereof the partyes first above Named have to
       these presents Indentures Interchangeably sett theire hands and seales the day and yeare first above written
Sealed and delivered in
