647) 657 Premisses with appurtenances and Every Part and Parcell thereof to him the said Johannes Deheniosa his heires and Assignes to the onely and Proper use and behoofe of him the said Johanes Deheniosa his heires and and Assignes for Ever and the said Peter Sayer for himselfe his heires Ex.rs Administrato.rs & assignes doth Covenant Promise grant and agree by and with the said Johanes Deheniosa his heires Execut.rs Adm.rs & Assignes by these p.rsents to have and to hold in manner and form followeing (that is to say) that he the said Peter Sayer at the time of the En Ensealing and delivery of these presents is and standeth Lawfully Siezed in his demesne as of Fee of a Full Sure right perfect & indefizable estate of Inheritance of And in the said two said tracts of land called Branfield and Sayer [illegible] and other the aforesaid bargained premisses with appurtenances before by these Presents granted and Intended to be granted Soe and in Such Manner as he the said Peter Sayer can and may lawfully grant convey & assure the sd two tracts of Land and other the bargained p.rmisses well appurtinances & Every part and Parcell thereof unto him the said Johanes Deheniosa his heires & Assignes for Ever Soe that he the said Johanes Deheniosa his heires & assignes shall & may for ever hereafter have hold use occupie and enjoy the said Two tracts of land and other the bargained Premisses with appurtenances with every part parcell and member thereof without the let suit trouble eviction molestacon or disturbence of him the said Peter Sayer his heires Executors Administrat.rs or Assignes or any other parson or parsons whatsoever & that all & singular the two tracts of land and other the bargained pmisses with appurtenances at the time of sealing & delivery of these psents are and be at all times hereafter shall be & remaine Clearely acquitted Exonorated & discharged or other wise save harmless of & from all manner of former bargaines Sailes guifts grants leases Surrender Judgements Executions Joynters dower and title of dower and More Especially From the Dower of Frances the Now wife of the said Peter Sayer from all and all mannor of Rents rent service rent seck or rent Charges and from all manner of arreages of Rents the Rents and Services hereafter growing due and payable to be paid ^to^ the said Peter Sayer for himselfe his heires Ex.rs Admin.rs & assignes farther covenant Promise grant and agree by and with the said Johenos Deheniosa his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes that he the sid Peter Sayer his heires Ex.rs Administrato.rs shall and will from time to time and at any time hereafter within the Space of Seaven Yeares Next Ensueing the date hereof at the reasonable request and at the proper cost and Charges in the Law of him the said Johanes Deheniosa his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes or by his or their Learned Councill in the Law shalbe reasonably devised advised or required Provided allwayes and the said Johanes Deheniosa doth for himselfe his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes covenant promise grant and agree by and with the said Peter Sayer his heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs that he the said Johanes Deheniosa shall not nor will request desire or demand of the said Peter Sayer his heires Ex.rs or Administrators at any time or tymes hereafter within the said |
