656 (646 endorsed on the back as followeth Signed Sealed & delivered Memorandom the Seaventh day of May An.o in the Presence of us Domini 1693 Came the within named Edward Barrocliffe Mich.ll Turbutt & Anne his wife into the Provinciall Court & the sd Anne Rc.d Skinnar being Privetly Examined according to Law they both acknowledged Theo Robert the within written to be their Act and Deed to the use therein menconed Phill Denne W Taylard Clk Recorded 10.th June 1693 This Indenture made the tenth day of May in the fifth yeare of the Reigne of William & Mary by the grace of god of England Scotland France and Ireland King & Queen Defend.r of the faith &c and in the yeare of o.r Lord One thousand six hundred ninety & three between Peter Sayer of Talbott County in the Province of Maryland Gent on the one part & Joheines Doheniosa of the County and Province aforesaid on the other part Wittnesseth that the said Peter Sayar for divers good causes & valuable considerations & more Especially for the valuable consideration of thirty thousand pounds of good sound Merchantable and every way well condiconed tobacco in Caske ready in hand paid by the said Joheines Deheniosa to the said Peter Sayar the receipt whereof & of Every part & pcele thereof the said Peter Sayer by these p.rsents doth acknowledge himselfe to be fully clearly and absolutely contented sattisfyed and Paid & doth freely clearly and absolutely acquitte Exonorate & discharge the said Deheniosei his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & assignes of and from the same and every part and psele thereof unto the said Johenies Dehenosa his heires and for ever by these psents Have given granted bargained & Sold Alieneted Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these p.rsents Doth give grant bargaine sell Alienate Enfeoffe & confirme unto the said Johenies Deheniosa his heires & assignes for ever all that Tract or parcell of Land called Branfield formerly taken up by the said Peter Sayer lyin and being in Talbot County on the North Sidde of Chaptank Begining at the North West bounded tree being an oake and the Bounded tree of a parcell of Land formarly taken up by William Sharpe called Mount Pleasure and runing North from the said Oake three hundred and twenty pches and with a line drawne from the End of the North line West foure hundred perches & with a line drawne from the End of the west line South three Hundred & twenty perches untill it intersect A line drawne west from the first tree Conteining and laid out for Eight hundred Acres of land and alsoe one tract of land taken up by the said Peter Sayer called the Addition lying in the said County and on the west side of Chaptanck River in the forke of the said river begining at a Marked white Oake being the first bounded tree of the aforesaid land called Branfield & runing thence with the said land North four hundred pches and from the end of the North line with a line drawne East to the River and from thence downe and the said River untill it intersect a line drawne East South East from the aforesaid Marked Oake conteining and laid out for two hundred Acres of land Togeather with and singular the woods and underwoods Trees and Timber trees houses fences Orchards wayes waters Easements to the same belonging togeather with all rights proffets members and benifitts to the same in any wayes appertaining with all & all manner apparteining to the aforesaid two tracts of land & other the Bargained Premises or any part or parcell thereof To have and to hould the aforesaid two tracts of Land and other the bargained Premisses |
