       Said limitted time of seaven yeares before Expresed in any of the said wayes or by any
       farther meanes to make or cause the said Lands over as aforesaid not further distice
       then the City of S.t Marys or within the said Province of Maryland In Wittnes the
       partyes aforesaid to these present Indentures of bargaine & sail have Interchangeably
       sett to their hands and affixed their seales the day & yeare first above Written

       To all people to whome these p.rsents shall come Richard Eltonhead of Lancaster of Enton head in
       the County of Lancaster Esq.r sendeth Greeting Know yee that the said Richard Eltonhed for and in consideracon
       of the sume of one hundred pounds of Lawfull money to him in hand payd by the right honor.ble Charles
       Lord Baltemore Hath given granted bargained sold demised released and confirmed & by these
       p.rsents doth give grant bargaine sell demise or release & confirme unto the said Charles Lord Baltemore
       (in his full and peaceable possession now being) and to his heires and Assignes for ever all & every the
       Lands tenements & hereditments and plantacons whatsoever of him the sd Richard Eltonhead lying &
       being within Maryland in the West Indies togeather with their and every of their appurtenances &
       alsoe all the Estate right tittle interest terme clayme and demand whatsoever of him the said
       Richard Eltonhead of in and unto the same in any wise & the Revercon & Revercons remaind.r
       and Remainders rents yearly and other proffitts privilidges freedomes Libertyes & Immunityes
       therein ^or thereto^ to have and to hold the same unto him the said Charles L.d Baltemore his heyers & assignes for ever
       to the sole onely proper use and behofe of him the said Charles L.d Baltemore his heires & assignes
       for ever more and the said Richard Eltonhead doth hereby for him his heyres Executors & Administrat.rs
       covenant Promise and agree to and with the said L.d Baltemore his heires and assignes that he &
       they shall and may for ever hereafter quitly & peaceably have hold & enjoy the aforesaid p.rmisses
       and every part thereof with out the lett trouble or molestacon of the him the said Richard Eltonhead
       his heires or assignes or any of them or of any other person or psons whatsoever lawfully claymeing
       the same p.rmisses or any Part thereof by from or under him the said Richard Eltonhead or his Estate
       in any wise In Wittness whereof the said Richard Eltonhead hereto sett his hand and seale the
       tenth day of July Annoq.r Regni Caroli scer nune August &c &&& Annoq.r Dom 1698
