       To all Christian People to whom this p.rsents shall come greeting in our Lord God everlasting Know yee that Thomas
       Harguest of Charles County in the Province of Maryland planter for divers good causes & consideracons him thereunto
       especially moveing hath remised released & for ever quit claimed & by these p.rsents for himselfe & his heires
       doth fully & clearly & absolutly remise release & for ever quit claime unto James Neale of Wolleston mariner
       in the said Province of Maryland Esq.r in full & peaceable possession & seizin & to ^his^ heires & assignes for ever all
       such right estate title interest & demand whatsoever as he the said Thomas Harguest had or ought to have by
       any way or means whatsoever of in or to all that tract parcell or dividend of land lying in Charles County & on
       the west side of Wicocomoco river begining at a marked oake standing at the mouth of a branch of the said river
       called Russells branch & runing south from the said oake to the head of the said branch for the length of one hundred
       perches to a marked ash & bounding on the south with a line drawne west from the said ash for the length of three
       hundred & fifty perches to a marked white oake standing neer the path that goeth from cobb to Walter Beans & on
       the west with a line drawne northwest from the end of the former line to A marked gumm for the length of
       sixty foure perches on the North with a line drawne east to the head of Walter Beans Creeke & on the east with
       the said Creeke Containing by estimation three hundred acres be it more or lesse with ^all^ and singular the houses
       buildings structures or ediffices thereunto belonging or in any manner of way apperteyning To have & to hold
       all the said land & premises & every part & parcell thereof unto the said James Neale his heyres & assignes & to
       the only use behoofe of the said James Neale his heyres & assignes for ever ^so y.t^ neither ^he^ the said Thomas Harguest
       nor his heyres nor any other person or persons for him or them ^or^ in his or their names or in the name right or
       steed of any of them shall or will by any wayes or means hereafter have claimed challeng or demand any estate
       right title or interest of in or to the premises or any part or parcell thereof but from all & every action right title &
       interest estate & demand of in or to the premises or any part or parcell thereof they & every of them shalbe utterly
       excluded & burred for ever by these p.rsents & alsoe the said Thomas Harguest & his heyres the said ^land^ ^ premises
       with the appurtenances to the said James Neale his heyres & assignes & to his & their owne proper use & uses in
       manner & forme afore specified against him the said Thomas Harguest & the heirs & assignes of him the said Thomas
       Harguest & every of them shall & will warrant & for ever defend by these p.rsents In wittnes whereof the said Thomas
       Harguest hath hereunto put his hand & seale this three & twentieth day of March Annoq Domi one thousand six

Mary Land
       This Indenture made the tenth day of Aprill in the third yeare
       of the Dominon of Charles Lord Barron of Baltemore &c over Maryland
       of the County of S.t Maryes in the province of Maryland planter and Sarah
       his wife of the one part And John Baker of the Citty of S.t Maries Innholder
       of the other part Witnesseth that the said Elias Beech one Sarah
       his wife for and in Consideracon of the Summe of Nine Thousand Pounds
       of Tobacco To them in hand paid by the said John Baker The receipt whereof
       they the said Elias Beech and Sarah his wife doe hereby acknowledge
       And thereof one of every part and parcell thereof doe clearely acquitt the
       said John Baker his Exec.rs and Adm.rs by these p.rsents Doe Give
       Grant bargaine Sell Enfeoff and Confirme Unto the said John
       Baker his heires and assignes all that parcell of Land Now in
