639) 649 They Doe hereby acknowledge accordingly and themselves to therewith fully satisfied and of and for the same doe clearly acquite exonerate and discharge the said Elizabeth Baker her heires executo.rs & administrators & every of Them for ever by these p.rsents They the said Thomas Loker & Elias Beech have granted bargained sold aliened enffeoffed and confirmed & by these presents doe fully clearly and absolutely grant bargaine sell alien Enfeoffe and Confirme unto the said Elizabeth Baker All that Messuage or tenements scituate lying and being in a Neck of land Called Blewstone Neck in S.t Inagors hundred in S.t Maryes County aforesaid which Neck of land in the whole conteyne one hundred acres be the same More or less bounded by S.t Innagors Creeke to the west north and south and to the East by the path Called the Towne path leading to S.t Maryes part of w.ch Neck hath bin already purchased by John Baker deceased late husband of the said Elizabeth which said tenement late was in the Possession or occupacon of the said Thomas Loker the sonne and afterwards in the Possession of Zacharias Vansweringen and now in the Possession of the said Elizabeth Baker and also the Tract of Land to the Same tenement formerly and now belonging Begining at the head of a branch Called the Further Spring branch Running North East to a Marked white Oake standing in a vally in the Midle of the Neck from thence up the same valley to another White Oake standing by the Towne path and soe a long the Towne path to the branch joyning to Cap.t Greenhalgh land & soe Downe the Neck to the first bounded tree being the remainder of the said Neck bounded as aforesaid Conteyning by Estimacon Fifty acres be the same More or Less and all houses outhouses orchards gardens woods underwoods timber & timber trees wayes easements proffits Comodities and appurtenances to the said Messuage or tenement belonging & all deeds patents writings escripts and muniments to the same appartayning To have and to hold the said Messuage or tenement land & premisses hereby bargained and sold with the appurtennces unto the said Elizabath Baker her heires and assignes to the onely proper use and behoofe of the said Elizabeth Baker her heires and assignes for Ever To be holden of the Lord or Lords of the Fees or fees of the p.rmisses by the rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and the said Thomas Loker and Elias Beech the said tenement land and p.rmisses unto the said Elizabeth Baker her heires and assignes to the use of her the said Elizabeth and her heires for ever against them the said Thomas Loker and Elias Beech shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these p.rsents and alsoe the said Thomas Loker & Elias Beech doe joyntly & severally covenant grant and agree to and with the said Elizabeth Baker her heires and assignes by these presents that they the said Thomas Loker & Elias Beech or one of them now standeth lawfully and rightfully seized of and in the said bargained premisses |
