       Leavyed or executed or hereafter to be made acknowledged leavyed or Executed of & concerning
       the aforemenconed p.rmisses with the appurtenances or any part or parcell thereof by or
       Beetweene the said partyes to these psents or any of them or whereunto they or any of them
       are or shall be parties or Privies and the full force & execucon of the same & every of
       Them shall Bee and Enure and shall be Deemed reputed & taken to be & enure to and
       for the only Proper use and behoofe of the said Mathew Lewis his heires and Assignes
       for ever and to and for None others use intent and Purpose whatsoever
       In witnesse whereof the parties first abovemenconed to these p.rsent Indentures
       have Interchangeably sett their hands and seales the day and yeare first above

       S Watkins            the Honarable Charles Lord Baltemore the sume of one pound
                               Sterling being the Alienacon mony due for the within menconed

                               Endorsed on the Back May the 4.th A.o Dn 1693 Came here into the
       Provinciall Court the within menconed John Howe and Elizebeth his wife & the sd
       Elizabeth being privately examined according to Law they both acknowledged the
Recorded 10.th June 1693   within written to be their act and deed to the use therein menconed & the said
       Mathew Lewis made tender in Court of the Alienacon money but noe parson
       appeared to receive the same                                       John Llewellin Clk Asust


       This Indenture made the Twentieth Day of January In the yeare of
       our Lord One Thousand six hundred Ninty and Two Beetween Thomas
       Loker of S.t Maryes County in the Province of Maryland sonne and heire of Thomas
       Loker deceased and Elias Beech of S.t Maryes County aforesaid planter on the one
       part and Elizabeth Baker of the County and Province aforesaid widow on the
       other part Wittnessethe that for and in Consideracon of the sume of twelve
       thousand pounds of Tobacco and forty shillings sterling Money of To them the sd
       Thomas Loker party hereunto and Elias Beech or one of them in hand paid
       at and before the Ensealing hereof by the said Elizabeth Baker the receipt whereof
