650 (640 Promisses and every Part thereof of and in a good sure perfect and indefeizable estate of inheritance in Fee Simple to them and their heires or the heires of one of them and that they or one of them have or hath full power and authority to setle sell and assure the same in Mannor forme aforesaid and further that she the said Elizabeth her heires and assignes shall and may from henceforth for ever hereafter peaceably and quietly have hould occupy possesse and enjoy the said Messuage or tenement land & premisses and have and receive the rents issues and Proffitts thereof without any lawfull let suite troubles deniall interrupcon eviccon or disturbance of them the said Thomas Loker and Elias Beech or either of them or any parson or parsons clayming under them or either of them or by from or und.r the said Thomas Loker deceased and that free and cleare and Freely & clearly acquitted exonarated and discharged or otherwise sufficiently saved kept harmeless and undempnified of and from all and all Mannor of formar & other bargaines Sales guifts grants leases Mortgages dowers & titles of Dower wills Uses entailes Joyntures rents and arrages of rent Judgments extents execucons and of and from all other titles troubles debts charges and encumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted or done by them the said Thomas Loker and Elias Beech or either of them or by the said Thomas Loker deceased or any other parson or psons clayming or to clayme by from or under them or any or either of them (the rent or rents ^from^ henceforth to be Come payable to the Cheife Lord or Lords of the fee or Fees of the p.rmisses for and in respect of his or their seigniorie seigniories onely excepted and foreprized) and further more the said Thomas Loker the sonne & Elias Beech for them their heires executo.rs and administ.rs and for every of them doe joyntly and severally covenant grant and agree to and with the said Elizabeth Baker her heires and assignes by these Presents Tat That thay the said Thomas Loker the sonne and Elias Beech & their heires and all and every other pson or persons any estate haveing or Lawfully clayming of into or out of the said bargained premisses or any part thereof by from or under them or either of them or by from or und.r the said Thomas Loker the father deceased shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter at the reasonable request and Cost & charges in the Law of the said Elizabeth Baker her heires or assignes make doe parforme acknowledge levy execute and suffer all and ^every^ such further & other lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts thing and things device and devices assurances or Convayances in the Law whatsoever for the further and other Lawfull & better & more perfect assurance surety sure Makeing and Conveying the before bargained tenement land |
