       And suffered to be done by the said John Howe or of or by the said Thomas Howe
       his father or of or by any other parson or parsons whatsoever Excepting & allwayes
       reserving the rents and Services which henceforth shall grow due unto the
       Cheife Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees of whom the said p.rmisses are holden only
       and allways excepted and Foreprized And the said John Howe for
       himselfe his heires Executo.rs and Administrato.rs doth further Covenant
       promise and grante to and with the said Mathew Lewis his heires and
       Assignes by these p.rsents that aswell the said John Howe and his heires and
       all and every other parson and parsons haveing or Lawfully clayming or that
       hereafter shall or may have or Lawfully clayme any Estate right title
       interest or demand into or out of the aforemenconed p.rmisses with the
       appurtenances or any part or parcell thereof by from or under him the said John
       Howe his heires and Assignes or of or by any other parson or parsons whatsoever
       shall and will from time to time & att all times hereafter upon the reasonable
       request and att the Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Mathew Lewis his
       heires and assignes make doe acknowledge suffer and execute or cause and procure
       to be made done acknowledged suffered & executed all & every such further & other  
       lawfull & reasonable Act & Acts thing & things device & devices assurances and
       Convayances in the Law whatsoever for the further better & more perfect assurance
       sure Makeing & Convaying of all & singular the aforemenconed p.rmisses with the
       appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof unto the said Mathew Lewis his
       heires Ex.rs & Assignes and to & for his and their owne Proper use & behoofe for ever as
       abovesaid according to the true intent & meaning of these Presents Bee it by deed or deeds
       inrolled or nott inrolled the acknowledgement & inrollment of these psents Fyne or
       Fynes recovery or recoverys Feoffement or confirmacon with warranty according to the
       true meaning of these p.rsents or without warranty by all any or soe many of the ways
       and meanes aforesaid or by any other ways or meanes & in such manner & forme as
       the said Mathew Lewis his heires or Assignes or any of them or his or their Councill learned
       in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required and lastly it is
       hereby covenanted granted declared concluded & agreed upon by and between the
       said parties to these p.rsents that all and every Fine and Fines recovery & recoverys
       Convayances and assurances whatsoever hereafter had made acknowledged
