635) 645 Confirme unto the said Mathew Lewis his heires and Assignes forever all that Tract or parcell of land called Powicks Ridge lyeing in Talbott County on the North side of Chaptanke River upon a Ridge att the head of a Creeke called Bullin Brooke begining att a marked Oake being a bounded tree of the land laid outt for Andrew Skinner for Breadth North North East Four hundred pearches to a marked oake bounding on the North by a line drawne West North West from the said Oake Four hundred pearches on the west by a line drawne south south west from the end of the north north west line Four hundred pearches from the south by a line drawne East South East from the End of the South west line Seaven hundred pearches unto the first marked Oake on the East by the first North North East line contayning and formerly laid out for one thousand Acres more or less Togeather with all Messuages Tenements dwelling houses Ediffices buildings barnes stables Orchards Gardens & Outletts to the said or parcell of Land belonging or in any wise apptaining and all timber and timber trees ways passages woods underwoods Fences rents Easements Commodities hereditaments and appurtenances to the said Tract or parcell of Land belonging or in any wise appartaining and the reversion and reversions remainder & remainders rents Issues and Proffits whatsoever of all and singular the aforemenconed p.rmisses with their and Every of their app.rtennces and Every Part and parcell thereof Togeather with all Deeds Evidences writeings Escripts Pattants and minuments whatsoever touching or concerning the above said Premisses with their & every of their appertenances as aforesaid To have and to hold the said parcell of Land and p.rmisses with their and every of their appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof unto the said Mathew Lewis his heires and Assignes for ever To the only proper use and behoofe of the said Mathew Lewis his heires and assignes for ever And the said John Howe for himselfe his heires Executors Administrators and Assignes doth Covenant promise and grant to and with the said Mathew Lewis his heires and Assignes by these p.rsents in Manner and forme following that is to say that the said John Howe the day of the date hereof and at the Ensealing Executo.rs Administrato.rs and Assignes and to and with Every of them by these p.rsents that the said John Howe his heires Ex.rs and Administrat.rs all and singular the said parcell of Land before menconed to bee hereby bargained premisses with their appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof unto the said Mathew Lewis his heires and Assignes to and for his and their owne proper use and behoofe as aforesaid against him the said John Howe his heires Executors and Administrato.rs and from and against all other parson or whatsoever shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents And alsoe the said John Howe for himselfe his heires Executors Adm.rs and |
