6 Or parcell thereof with the Appurtennces without any lett Suite trouble Evicon molestacon deniall disturbance or interrupcon of them the said Alexander Younger & Sarah his now wife their or either of their heyres Ex.rs Admest.rs or Assignes or of or by any other person or persons whatsoever And that free & cleere & freely & cleerly & absolutely acquitted Exonerated & discharged of & from all & all manner of former & other Guifts Grants Bargaines Sales Leases Joynctures Dowers Uses Wills Intayles Fines post Fines Issues Amerciaments Seizures Judgem.ts Execucons Extents Statutes Recognizances Rents Arrearages of Rents Charges troubles & Incumbrances whatsoever had made comitted done or suffered by them the said Alexander Younger & Sarah his now wife their heyres Ex.rs Admest.rs or Assignes or either or any of them or by any other person or persons whatsoever (the Rents & Services from henceforth to grow due & payable for the said land & p.rmisses to the Cheife Lord or Lords of the fee or fees of whom the same are holden only Excepted & foreprized) And further the said Alexander Younger & Sarah his now wife for themselves & either of them their & either of their heyres Exec.rs Adm.rs & Assignes & for every of them doe Covenant promise & Grant to & with the said Charles Boteler his heyres & Assignes & to & with every of them by these p.rsents That they the said Alexander Younger & Sarah his now wife their heyres Ex.rs & Admest.rs & every of them & all & every other person & persons haveing or lawfully claymeing or that hereafter shall or may have or lawfully Clayme any Estate right title Interest or thing of in or out of the afore menconed to be hereby Bargained p.rmisses with the appurtenances or any part or parcell thereof by from or under the said Alexander Younger & Sarah his now wife or by from or under the said W.m Claw deceased or by from or under any other person or persons whatsoever shall & will from tyme to tyme & att all tymes hereafter upon every reasonable request & all the Costs & Charges in the Law of the said Alexander Younger & Sarah his wife their & either of their heyres Exec.rs Admest.rs & Assignes or any of them make doe Acknowledge Leavy suffer & Execute all & every such further & other lawfull and reasonable Act & Acts thing & things device & devices Assureance & Assureances in the Law whatsoever for the further better & more perfect Assureance sure makeing & Conveying of all & singular the aforemenconed to be hereby Bargained p.rmisses with the Appurtennces & every part & parcell thereof unto the said Charles Boteler his heyres & Assignes & to & for his & their owne proper use & behoofe forever as aforesaid according to the true meaning of these p.rsents be itt by Deed or Deeds Inrolled or not Inrolled the Acknowledgem.t & Inrollm.t of these p.rsents Fyne or Fynes Recovery or Recoverys Feofment Release or Confirmacon with warranty according to the true meaning of these p.rsents or otherwise without warranty by all or any or so many of the wayes or meanes aforesaid or by any other wayes or meanes & in such manner & forme as by the said Charles Boteler his heyres or Assignes or any of them or his or their Councell learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised or required And lastly it is hereby Covenanted Granted Declared Concluded & Agreed by & betweene all & every the said partyes to these p.rsents That all & every Fine & Fines recovery & Recoveryes Conveyances & other Assurances whatsoever heretofore had made Acknowledged Leavyed suffered Executed or to be hereafter had made Leavyed suffered or Executed of or concerning the aforemenconed to be hereby bargained p.rmisses with the appurtennces or any part or parcell thereof by or between the said partyes to these p.rsents or whereunto they or any of them are or shall be partyes or privits And the |
