585) 595 the said Edward Chilton for himselfe his heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs Doth Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Lionell Copley his heires and assignes and every of them by these p.rsents that he the said Edward Chilton his heires and assignes and all and every other p.rson and p.rsons Lawfully claiming or haveing or rightfully have or claime or pretend to have any Estate right Title or demand into or out of the p.rmisses or any part or parcell thereof by from or under the said Edward Chilton his heires or Assignes shall and will from time to time and at any time within the space of Tenn yeares next ensueing the date of these p.rsents at and upon the reasonable demand and request and at the proper cost and Charges in the Law of the sd Lionell Copley his heires or assignes make doe p.rform execute and suffer or cause to be made done p.rformed acknowledged executed & suffered all and every such further Lawfull & reasonable act & acts thing & things Deed & Deeds Devise & Devises Assurance and Assurances Conveyance and Conveyances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and more p.rfect assurance surety and sure making and conveying of all and sing^u^lar the before hereby granted mentioned or intended granted p.rmisses with their & every of their rights Members and appurtenances unto the sd Lionell Copley his heires and Assignes for ever by such waies as by the sd Lionell Copley his heires or assignes or by his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably advised devised or required And Lastly It is Covenanted granted concluded condescended unto and fully agreed upon by and between the said parties to these p.rsents for them their heires & Assignes by these p.rsents that all Deeds Fines feoffments Recoveryes and assurances in the Law whatsoever had made leavyed acknowledged suffered or done or hereafter to be made acknowledged suffered or done by or between the p.rties to these p.rsents or any of them or for touching or concerning the sd Lands and Tenements and all and singular other the hereby granted p.rmisses with their rights members and appurtenances and every and any part thereof shall be and enure & shall be construed esteemed adjudged and taken to be and enure to the only p.rper use and behoof of the said Lionell Copley his heires and Assignes for ever and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the p.rties to these p.rsents have hereunto Interchangeably sett their hands and seales the day & year first written Sealed and delivered Chilton (sealed) in p.rsence of us Provinciall Court 5 Octob.r 1692 Thomas Tench Came into open Court M.r Edward Chilton and acknowledged John Llewellin the above mentioned Deed to the above Named Lionell J Bouyett Copley Esq.r according to Act of Assembly in such case made & provided Taken & Acknowledged the day & year Int.r 7.th October 1692 W Taylard Clk Pro.ll Cur |
