594 (584 for himselfe his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs doth covenant grant and agree to and with the said Lionell Copley his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes The said Land and Tenements and all and singular other the p.rmisses hereby before granted bargained & sold with the appurtenances unto the said Lionell Copley his heires & Assignes to the onely proper use & behoofe of him the said Lionell Copley his heires & assignes for ever against him the said Edward Chilton his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes ad every p.rson or p.rsons Lawfully pretending or claiming by from or under him or them or any of them and against all other p.rsons whatsoever for ever to warrant and Defend by these p.rsents and the said Edward Chilton for himselfe his heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs Doth further covenant promise grant and agree to and with the sd Lionell Copley his heires and Assignes & Every of them by these p.rsents that he the said Edward Chilton is at the time of Ensealing & delivery of these p.rsents and untill the same shall bee duely and fully Excoused and thereby a good pure p.rfect & absolute Estate of Inheritance of all & singular the before granted p.rmisses & Every part thereof shall be fully vested and setled in and upon the said Lionell Copley his heires & assignes for ever according to the true intent & meaning hereof remaineth continueth and is seized of and in the Land and Tenements and all and singular other the p.rmisses in and by these p.rsents granted bargained & sold with all and every of their rights members and app.rtenances of a good pure p.rfect & absolute Estate of Inheritance in fee simple without any condition reversion remaind.r or Limitation of any use or uses Estate or Estates in or to any p.rson or p.rsons whatsoever to alter change Make Void or determine the same And that he hath full power good right & Lawfull Authority to grant bargain sell and convey all and singular the hereby before granted or mentioned to be granted p.rmisses with and every of their appurtenances unto the said Lionell Copley his heires and Assignes in manner and form afsd and that He the said Lionell Copley his heires and assignes shall & may by force and vertue of these p.rsents from time to time & at all times hereafter lawfully peaceably and quitly have hold use occupy possess and enjoy the said Land and Tenements and all and singular the before granted p.rmisses with their & every of theire rights members & appurtenances and also have receive and take the rents issues and proffitts thereof to his & their owne p.rper use and behoofe for ever without any lawfull lett hinderance suite trouble Deniall interruption eviction or disturbance of the said Edward Chilton his heires or assignes or of any p.rson or p.rsons Lawfully claiming by from or under him them or any of them or by his or their meanes act Consent Title Interest privity procurem.t or of any other p.rson or p.rsons whatsoever and that free and cleare and freely and clearly acquitted exonerate and discharges and other wise from time to time well & sufficiently saved & kept harmless and discharged by the said Edward Chilton his heires Execut.rs and Adm.rs of and from all and all manner of former and other Gifts Grants bargains sales leases Mortgages jointures Dowers Title of Dower statutes Recognizances Extents Judgm.ts Executions Uses Entailes rents and areareages of Rent Forfeitures Fines issues and Amerciem.ts and of and from all an singular other Titles Troubles charges demands and Incombrances whatsoever had made committed suffered or Done by the said Edward Chilton his heires or assignes or by any other p.rson or p.rsons whatsoever And further the sd |
