583) 593 And the said Motrom Wright by Indenture of bargaine and seale under his hand and seale bearing date the Twenty second day of Aprill Last past for the considerations & upon the Conditions & tearmes therein mentioned and Expressed hath given granted aliened bargained Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed unto the above Named Edward Chilton his heires and Assignes for Ever all the afsd Tract or p.rcell of Land with all and Singular its rights Members jurisdictions & appurtenances Together with all houses Edifices buildings barnes stables orchards Gardens Yards backsides Easements Lands Tenements Meadows feedings pastures woods underwoods wayes Easm.ts profitts comoditys hereditements & appurtenances whatsoever as by the said Indenture or Deed of bargain and seale duely Executed and Acknowledged in the Provinciall Court of the sd Province of Maryland and there Entred upon Reccord it doth and may appear Now the said Edward Chilton for and in Consideration of the full & Just sume of Three hundred pounds sterling mony of England to him by the said Lionell Copley in hand paid at and before the ensealing and delivery of these p.rsents the receipt whereof he the said Edward Chilton doth hereby acknowledge and himselfe to be therewith fully satisfied contented and paid and thereof and of every part & parcell thereof doth fully clearly and absolutely Acquitt Release Eonerate & discharge him the sd Lionel Copley his heires Ex.ers and Adm.rs for Ever by these p.rsents Hath given granted aliened bargained sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these p.rsents doth fully firmely freely clearely and absolutely Give grant bargaine sell alien Enfeoff and Confirme unto the said Lionell Copley his heires and Assignes for Ever all the afsd Tract or p.rcell of Land called Bolton or Turky point containing one Thousand Acres more or less according to the meates and bounds coursed and distances afore mentioned with all and singular its rights Members Jurisdictions & appurtenances Together with all houses Edifices buildings barnes Stables orchards gardens yards backsides Easements Lands Tenements Me^a^dows feedings pastures woods underwoods wayes profitts comodities hereditements and appurtenances whatsoever and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders of all & Singular the before mentioned premisses and all rent & rents or arreareages of Rent reserved upon any grant or grants demise or Demises Made Made of the p.rmisses or of any part or p.rcell thereof and also all the Estate right Title Interest use possession property claim & demand whatsoever of him the said Edward Chilton of in or to the same and all Deed writings Evidences Pattents Escripts and minuments whatsoever Touching or Concerning the p.rmisses or any part or p.rcell thereof To have and To hold the said Land and Tenements and all and singular other the p.rmisses hereby granted bargained and sold or mentioned ^or^ intended to bee herein and hereby granted bargained and sold with their & Every of their rights members and appurtenances whatsoever unto the sd Lionell Copley his heires & assignes to the onely proper use and behoofe of him the sd Lionell Copley his heires and assignes for Ever And the sd Edward Chilton for himselfe |
